Our Client, a Big4 Australian Bank, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join their Sydney team.These roles are a mix of call Centre & Assessor positions
In this role, you will be,
Providing superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to and managing customer and stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues. Identifying opportunities to improve the processes within your team or work area. Undertaking investigations with respect to customer requests and/or as a result of transactional or exception-based issues. Officers will perform the aforementioned activities for the role, product, service or process they support Ideal Background Customer / Client Services Experience Interest in working within Financial Crime, fraud, risk, scams Degree Qualified - Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting etc Excellent Communication Skills
