This is a three-year rotational program, providing practical learning experiences in a range of specialist areas.  The rotations are based on your strengths, skills, and interests coupled with business needs.

What’s in it for You?

  • We offer a competitive and attractive remuneration package and a well-established program that provides valuable learning and skill development
  • Be supported by a dedicated graduate co-ordinator who will guide you, structure your rotations and provide professional feedback and advice
  • Flexible working arrangements – we will offer you a safe learning environment and encourage work/life balance
  • Build working relationships with industry professionals - create professional and personal connections
  • Guaranteed permanent placement at the completion of your Graduate program
  • Opportunity to work across Western Australia and contribute to substantial road network projects
