Property Manager

They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take the reins of a well-maintained portfolio! In this role, your main focus will be on managing client relationships, as you will be supported with some of your out of office duties.

• Manage a well maintained portfolio of 110 properties
• Maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
• Entry & Exit inspections and reports 
• Manage rental arrears
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Process lease renewals and conduct rent reviews
• Flexibility to help them grow with New Business! Commissions paid

• A solid track record in property management is essential
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate License
• First class communication skills, great customer service and a natural rapport builder
• A stickler for detail who thrives on getting stuck into problems and nutting things out
• Someone who can work autonomously but can also delegate to others and work as a team
• You will ideally live locally/have a knowledge of the Southern Suburbs marketplace 
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Valid driver's licence
