We are seeking a Graduate/Junior Lawyer and a Lawyer/Associate to join our Litigation, Insolvency and Building Disputes teams.
About you
Commercially-minded candidates with demonstrated client management experience are encouraged to apply.
Priority will be given to those with:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage tasks and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The confidence to competently liaise with clients and referral networks.
- Strong technical and analytical skills or the willingness and commitment to learn.
- PQE in Litigation, Insolvency and/or Building Disputes.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws.
- Current practising certificate, or willing to obtain.
Role Description
There are two full-time roles available. Depending on experience, responsibilities may include client management, drafting correspondence and advice, issuing proceedings in VCAT and the Courts, conducting legal research, and other general litigation tasks as required. Experience with LEAP, Red Crest and CITEC are advantageous, though not essential.

Salary commensurate with experience.
