About the Role
- Routinely schedule production planning with production team, liaise with clients on upcoming jobs and purchase components to fulfill client orders.
- Reports to the General Manager - NSW.
About You
- Independent and practical trouble-shooter.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent excel skills
Main Tasks
- Scheduling day to day production in consultation with Planning team and Production team.
- Communicating with the client to plan upcoming jobs.
- Plan / forecast job for production to meet deadline.
- Checking incoming stock to ensure there is enough stock to complete Customer orders.
- Ordering components to fulfill customer orders using Qlik MRP system.
- Use SAP computer system to setup Sales order, production order, and invoicing.
- Advise Director/head of department if job is running profitable.
- The first point of call for customer complaint.
- Booking/organizing freight for pick up/dispatch if necessary.
- Invoice after jobs is completed.
- Understanding of GMP & WHS principle in the workplace.
