About the role:

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail? Are you eager to embark on a career path that revolves around ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards of quality? If so, we want to hear from you!

This role is based at one of our sites in Shepparton, offering a dynamic environment to kickstart your career. It serves as a stepping stone into the quality management space, providing opportunities for growth and progression into other quality roles within the organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in material assessment and approval to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee product quality during manufacturing.
• Support documentation and verification for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate sample testing and interpret results for quality control.
• Identify and resolve non-conforming products.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand quality functions, especially in pharmaceutical or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Provide ongoing support for business continuity and quality delivery.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Science Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology/Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or related field.
• No prior quality work experience required, but exposure to fast-paced environments is advantageous.
• Mechanical mindset, eager to understand processes deeply.
• Meticulous approach to paperwork and precision-driven tasks.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and open to feedback with a growth mindset.
