- Is self-motivated and has a high level of learning agility
- Knows that you must colour within the lines, but it's okay to think outside of them
- Knows what “EQ” is and is able to use it when required
- Able to research and report on technical issues
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Has strong communication skills and is comfortable using them
- Has the ability to work and relate effectively in a team
- Is or has recently graduated from a Bachelors Degree Majoring in Business
