The Role

Duties

This role involves both independent work and collaboration within a team environment to deliver timely, high-quality results that aligns with team and organisational goals. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Support for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with streamlining processes.
• Support and assist the Payroll team
• Responding to internal and external queries
• Maintenance of fixed asset registers
• Assist in preparation of financial statements.

Skills And Experience

• Accounting qualification.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and associated practices.
• Experience in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Use of confidentiality and discretion with information and data
• Self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
• Able to manage time effectively, using strong organisational skills.
• Capable of accurate, detailed work.
• Desire to work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve goals.
