Tasks & responsibilities
- Communicating with clients to schedule appointments, following up on action items, and addressing client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collating client information to ensure this is up-to-date and accurately entered into our Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Conducting research into financial products in order to support Financial Planning recommendations and strategies.
- Working closely with financial advisers and other team members to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Preparation and lodgment of advice documents and application forms to implement client strategy recommendations.
