My client is a highly-regarded Top 100 practice specialising in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Superannuation & Financial Planning.

They are now seeking a motivated Graduate/Junior Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in a highly reputable practice.
In this role you will be working in a team, reporting into a highly experienced Partner and Manager. Your role will involve compliance services across all entities and you will be given a very high level of client contact from the get-go. The management team want to empower their staff to develop at their own pace and become true advisors.
Staff have access to full CA study support, weekly internal/external training sessions, and regular performance reviews and catchups to ensure they are best supported in their role.
Key duties will include:
- Preparing tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, partnerships, trusts and SMSF's
- Communicating with clients, responding to their queries, managing their expectations, and further developing positive relationships with the firm
- Dealing with regulatory bodies such as the ATO & ASIC on behalf of clients
The ideal candidate will possess
- An accounting relevant tertiary degree (or be within the last year of study)
- A minimum of 12 months relevant accounting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A mindset for continual improvement and a desire to grow their career
- Experience with Xero/XPM software (highly advantageous)
