THE KEY BITS
  
Trust me I tried to cut down the following list, but I think you will see that each line item was important to mention… so settle in, take a deep breath and let’s work our way through the essential things you need to bring to the table.

• 4+ years design experience – agency favorable
• Qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline essential
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and exceptionally skilled in Photoshop, Premier Pro and InDesign
• Extensive print and web design experience, and capabilities to work in both media for integrated campaigns
• Extremely creative in conceptual designs and an expert in finished art
• Branding experience and working with style guides
• Knowledge of preparing print ready artwork
• Strong typographic and layout skills
• Awareness of current and emerging print, web and mobile trends
• Understanding of strategy and marketing concepts and how they apply to design outcomes and creative marketing execution
• Resilience, ability to operate under pressure and adapt and adhere to shifting deadlines
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work to stringent deadlines whilst coordinating several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction, and independently with initiative and passion
