About the role:
Our invaluable Graphic Designer will play an integral part in delivering our exceptional outcomes. Working with our team, you will be required to develop innovative marketing ideas, designs, media, and content that align with our brand. This role is responsible for assisting in delivering the successful implementation of marketing projects to all partners and the sales team. Under the direction of the National Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering the successful and timely completion of all sales and marketing tactics.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver design ideas and continue to elevate the design aesthetic and marketing brand.
• Interpret briefs and take creative strategy from ideas to execution.
• Design website homepages, landing pages & onsite collateral in line with the marketing calendar.
• Create & deploy digital content across multiple websites.
• Ensure timely delivery of eDMs and creation of associated digital assets.
• Design, coordinate, and execute diverse marketing activities, including product labels, direct marketing, digital marketing, traditional advertising, media relations, social media, events, brochure production, proofreading, and sub-editing.
• Creating and updating product brochures and other documents.
• Supporting the sales teams with their essential toolkits (PowerPoint presentations, Word docs, flyers, social tiles etc.)
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders.
• Provide invaluable support to the National Marketing Manager by assisting with daily marketing tasks and operations.
• Ensure digital design elements created are consistent and accurate to brief.
Successful candidates will have:
• 5+ years of Graphic Design experience.
• Highly skilled in professional design packages and standard business software including Adobe CC suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro), Canva and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong social media understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a small team and be equally effective working independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks
on time (or ahead of schedule).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Drive for high performance and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and ability
to learn new systems.
• Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen).
• WordPress CMS experience
• Experience with CRM programs (Hootsuite, Planable) skills (eDMs, landing pages, workflows,
Forms)
• Skills in HTML and CSS (desirable)
• Skilled in video production and editing (desirable)
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
Please note that this role is part-time 9am - 2pm based at our Head Office in Hoppers Crossing 5 days per week.
