The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This opportunity plays a significant role in managing our marketing positioning and branding strategy for the growth of the company.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Creating visual concepts to communicate and promote new and ongoing projects through Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Organising and updating all photos, creatives, presentations and other materials on Canva.
- Taking care of all design aspects of production (eg. retouching images, creating final designs, checking and approving proofs as well as scaling images with specifications for print production).
- Assisting and designing pieces across all our activities and materials: In-store: visual communication, posters, a-frames, value cards, signage and menus.
- Events: signage, jerseys & merchandise.
- Online: website, newsletter, order-ahead app, e-banners and others.
- Social Media: social tiles for feed, stories and hype reels.
- Products: merchandise and packaging.
- Sponsorship: signages, player packages and promotional material.
- Brand: brand guidelines, presentations and templates.
Some things you might like to know…
- We have photographers and videographers who will be providing the visual content.
- You will be mainly using Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and Canva.
- We’ll provide you with a brief and design guidelines that outline the Oakberry AU aesthetic, style and tone of voice.
You'll enjoy this role if you have:
- Over 1 year experience as a designer within a fast paced and high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advertising, media, and digital strategies.
- A positive, progressive and solution-oriented spirit.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- The desire to work in a fun, diverse and collaborative team environment!
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience in creating graphic illustrations and animations.
- Knowledge of managing paid digital media campaigns on platforms such as: Meta Business, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads.
