About Brandbuild
Brandbuild (brandbuild.com) are a small, boutique design agency based in Melbourne. We are a relaxed, but passionate group that do great work across a range of industries. Our team mostly work from home, with full-time access to shared office spaces across Melbourne. We are a small, fast-paced agency, who keep it friendly, supportive and collaborative.
About the work
We have a wide array of clients, from small businesses to large organizations, and you’ll work on a range of design projects, including marketing collateral, print pieces, digital design, signage, branding and more.
Our ‘perfect fit’
Our perfect fit will be involved in all aspects of design delivery, including project management, giving other designers feedback, working directly with clients and suppliers, and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard, on time. While we are a close, colaborative team, you’ll be able to work well independently, running with a project from start to finish.
You are an engaged, friendly team member with a positive, can-do attitude, who has pride in their work and a keen eye for detail (have you noticed the typos yet?).

___ Background & Experience:
- Graphic Design / Communication Design Degree or equivalent
- Five or more years of experience
- Small design agency experience preferred
___ Skills & Competencies:
- Work well in a high paced agency environment
- Loves working on a variety of media (print and digital)
- Flexible and resourceful, with great organisational skills
- Able to prioritise and juggle multiple clients and projects
- Strong client-service focus, with excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Desirable, but not essential: experience with social media advertising, WordPress, video editing software and mail chimp
___ Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Work independently and as part of a team:
Contribute to team discussions and the business direction, while also being happy to work independently, managing your own time and projects. - Project Management:
Manage designated tasks, design jobs, designers, suppliers and clients. - Become a hero to our great clients:
Communicate directly with clients to refine and complete design work, practicing initiative and ensuring each job gets done to a great standard, exceeding client’s expectations. - Build relationships with our great suppliers:
Work closely and liaise with suppliers (printers, web developers and signwriters), ensuring you are clear, concise and nice!
