Hello Claims is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the team and be located in the Coffs Harbour office. Reporting to the Hello Claims Managing Director, this position is responsible for creating and delivering a range of materials that support client related marketing and key account management activities, internal business reporting, internal communications and knowledge management documents. In a nutshell, we are after someone who is able to interpret complex qualitative and quantitative information and transform it into an easy-to-digest, visual presentation of various mediums.
The role:
- Design and deliver a range of materials to support internal and external communications including but not limited to, internal business reporting, client account management and new client presentations.
- Leverage data from business intelligence tools and other sources to deliver impactful presentations and visual communication documents for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with the team to transform their ideas and needs into meaningful material
About you:
- You must have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and deliver on time
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills as there is significant interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
- You have initiative, take pride in your work and are open to feedback and constructive criticism
- You are inquisitive, love data and enjoy the challenge of data storytelling
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Proficiency working with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint
