Greencross is Australia's leading veterinary care network. We have opportunities in leading clinics and hospitals across the country, so you can find your perfect mentors, colleagues and clientele.
During our 18 month Graduate Development Program you will continue learning and developing though structured modules, practical workshops, clinical placements with options including Emergency & Specialty hospitals and the RSPCA, attendance at the largest annual clinical symposium in Australia, and options for international & charitable placements through the Petbarn Foundation. Upon completion of the program you will have a loyal clientele of your own and be years ahead of your alumni in your knowledge.

Afterwards and if desired, you can explore pathways into leadership, business ownership, memberships and specialty opportunities, as you’ll have the foundations - Greencross Vets Graduate Program sets you up for success!

We place your health and happiness at the top of the priority list. We consistently commit to supporting the veterinary profession and drive positive change for vets on an international scale. Our commitment goes further than your ongoing clinical development though, we are proud to have a diverse and inclusive safe work environment, ensuring respect, support, flexibility and encouragement for all our community to be their authentic selves. Our values of Passion, Authentic, Caring, Knowledge and Togetherness are our ethos.

Job Description

We respect that each person gains confidence at a different pace and we are committed to your entry into clinical practice being nurturing, collaborative, informative and most of all, fun!

We are excited to be able to support you with roles across Sydney, regional New South Wales and Canberra. If you're also wanting to explore graduate opportunities in other states or specialist hospital internships, please let us know and we'll introduce to our recruitment specialists for your areas of interest.
