You will come in to work at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital
As you may have seen our show RPA on Australian National TV, it is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of administration and secretarial support to the Structural Heart Disease Program at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and ensuring the efficient running of the program through coordination and provision of administrative and clerical duties. This includes coordinating complex clinics, managing correspondence and dictation typing, filling, scanning, as well as assisting with billing and data entry.
Ideal candidate
- Enjoys a range of office and administration responsibilities, has excellent typing/digital voice dictation skills, has competent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Enjoys a diverse range of administrative tasks independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Has full availability to work on Thursdays and Fridays.
