We are looking for a dedicated Program Delivery Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in the planning, development, and implementation of day programs and groups for our clients.

About the Role

As the Program Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and implementing day programs and groups for our clients. Your goal will be to create high-quality, person-centred, and customer-focused programs that align with IS's mission and values.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Strategic Program Development:

  • Plan, develop, and implement day programs and groups for IS clients, ensuring these programs are person-centred and customer-focused.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create meaningful and engaging program options, aligning with IS's mission and values.

KPI Achievement and Monitoring:

  • Establish, track, and report on KPIs related to program participation, client satisfaction, and outcomes. Implement continuous improvement processes to meet or exceed KPI targets.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring compliance with NDIS and other relevant standards. Prepare and submit reports as mandated by NDIS compliance standards.

Team Facilitation:

  • Lead and support trainers, facilitators, and key workers involved in program delivery, empowering team members with knowledge and skills development specific to program requirements.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:

  • Continuously monitor and assess program effectiveness, making data-driven improvements as necessary. Utilise problem-solving and decision-making tools to address complex practical issues that may arise in program implementation.

About You (Essential Criteria):

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent qualification in a similar field)
  • Tertiary qualification/relevant degree complemented by demonstrable experience or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience in program planning and development in the disability sector or related field.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficiency in program development, strategic thinking, and resource management.
  • Commitment to the Person-Centred Approach, tailoring programs to client needs and aspirations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of NDIS regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in program development and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ethical and professional conduct.
