ABOUT GRINDERS COFFEE AT COCA-COLA EUROPACIFIC PARTNERS 

Are you passionate about great coffee and building relationships? Grinders Coffee, a leading Australian coffee company within the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) family, is seeking a Sales Representative/Territory Manager to join our dynamic team in Northern NSW! ABOUT YOUR ROLE 

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for supporting our valued customers across Northern NSW. You'll help them elevate their coffee experience through training and collaboration, while driving profitable growth for both their business and the Grinders brand. We offer flexibility to be based anywhere around Port Macquarie/Coffs Harbour to best service our existing customer base as well as prospective new customers. This role also services the North Coast and New England region on a fortnightly overnight travel schedule. 

  

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Develop strong relationships with coffee shop owners and operators.
  • Train customers on brewing techniques and equipment to ensure a consistently delicious coffee experience.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities for Grinders Coffee.
  • Collaborate with the local CCEP team to achieve shared goals.

Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for coffee and building connections? We're seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping others succeed.

  • Prior coffee industry experience (sales, customer service, hospitality) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • You're a natural learner with a willingness to embrace new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
