Located in the heart of South Yarra, they are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Grocery Manager to contribute to their unmatched customer service. Looking for someone with a great understanding of the industry & a passion for fine foods, who can communicate with customers and create a brilliant shopping experience!

The Role?

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the groceries
• Have a hands-on approach
• Maintaining stock levels & upkeep of store presentation
• Deal with suppliers & maintain professionalism 
• Ordering of produce & stock
• Ensure you maintain exceptional customer service
• Build strong rapport with the local community 
• Competency with online ordering systems
• Working within budget range

What do you need?

• 3 + years Grocery Manager experience 
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, family-run business
• Great communication skills
• Proficient in ordering and technology
• Organisational skills
• Loves working in fine foods sector
• First Aid Certificate (desirable)
