Carinity is lookingfor a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join the team to workingwithin the Toowoomba cluster!

About the role

The Grounds and MaintenanceOfficer carries out building and equipment maintenance as well asensuring the service’s gardens and grounds are in apresentable condition in different sites. The role demonstrates aproblem-solving approach to planning, implementation and evaluationof work situations.

What do I need forthe role?

• Previous experience in a similar position
• General maintenance skills and abilities
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety Standards applicable to this role
• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to positively relate to all staff, students, families (Parents/Carers) and other key stakeholder

Desirable:

• Ability to use a ride on mower
