Tasks & responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a friendly & professional attitude
- Answering & directing phone calls to the appropriate team member
- Managing customers bookings including arrivals & departures
- Processing payments
- Monitoring multiple email accounts
- Managing stakeholder information flow
- Running daily reports in various internal systems
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing & document preparation
