We are looking for a caring, resident-centric Grounds & Maintenance Officer with broad experience in gardening and general handyperson type work for our Eureka Seniors Rental Village located in Eagleby. We are seeking someone with following characteristics:
- A strong and reliable work ethic;
- Previous experience in general maintenance/ handyman/cleaning/gardening tasks;
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements in regard to all grounds and maintenance work performed and ability to perform physical work in a safe manner;
- Ability to build relationships with residents, internal staff and external contractors;
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
