Group Catering Manager

Alseasons is seeking a dynamic Group Catering Manager to lead our client's Customer Experience team within a large Not for Profit group dedicated to providing Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care, and Home Care services. This role is an exciting opportunity to elevate culinary standards, empower site teams, and make a real difference in the lives of the residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the delivery of five-star, nutritious food and dining experiences.
- Lead and coach site teams to elevate service standards and position catering offerings as a core strength.
- Oversee recruitment and empowerment of talented teams.
- Drive business strategies and processes to ensure industry best practices and compliance.
- Provide detailed financial reporting and manage stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Nutrition/Culinary Nutrition, or equivalent.
- NSW Food Safety Supervisor Accreditation.
- 4+ years' experience in Aged or Healthcare organizations with demonstrated leadership in complex programs.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and program management skills.
- Track record of positive transformations and maintaining high care standards.
- Full and Permanent Work Rights.
- Ability to travel both Intrastate and Interstate.
