Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the end-of-month process and consolidation of Group results, ensuring precision and punctuality.
- Present end-of-month and year-end results in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present management reports, board packs, and performance reports to key stakeholders.
- Oversee income tax lodgment, FBT, and BAS filings, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
- Lead the annual audit process, collaborating with external auditors and internal teams.
- Manage budgeting/forecasting processes, analyze variances, and provide strategic insights.
- Manager a team of accountants
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CA qualification preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, showcasing proficiency in leading month-end processes, consolidations, and internal audits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective communication of financial information across diverse audiences
