JOB SUMMARY
We are moving to an exciting new location in North Sydney to help assist our goals of future growth. To further support this we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sourcing Manager for our Branded Home Appliance Division. As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying necessary products and services to support our daily operations. You will play a crucial role in company's operations as well as productivity.
Sourcing Manager duties and responsibilities- Plan and manage the Branded Home Appliance Division overall sourcing strategy.
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
- Do market and field research to better understand trends in the industry to support our NPD pipeline.
- Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers.
- Visit trade shows and factories to establish business relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and control costs.
- Work with product marketing to help compile product ranges and roadmaps.
- Undertake constant analysis of the business and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy.
- Write sourcing documentation and tenders.
- Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
