The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team, based in Winston Hills. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, this diverse role will see the successful candidate play a crucial role in supporting the HR function across all activities & processes within the Group systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and files throughout the employee lifecycle and in accordance with relevant legislation
- Process and maintain documentation in company systems accurately
- Preparation of employee documentation to supporting hiring activities, position changes and remuneration updates
- Explain company HR policies, benefits, and procedures to employees as required
- Assist with recruitment activities including advertising job vacancies when required and onboarding processes
- Assist with induction activities for new employees
- Assist with preparing reports and documents pertaining to HR
- Provide administrative support for all HR projects as required
- Other duties as required
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Payroll or Administration with at least 2 years previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to relate at all levels in the organisation and provide guidance as required
- High level of data input accuracy
- Experience in HR and/ or payroll systems
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
