Pets and Vets Group WA, a leading network of veterinary practices, luxury accommodation, river boat charters and stations along the coast of Western Australia is seeking an IT Manager. 

This role is perfect for someone with a blend of technical expertise and a passion for animals, looking to join a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Ubiquiti SDN systems.
• Administer environments with Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server 2019.
•  Handle backup software and hardware solutions.
• Oversee Microsoft Active Directory & Windows Administration.
• Manage RDP and RDS environments.
• Maintain various computer peripherals and devices.
• Support Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
• Coordinate and maintain video conferencing systems.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven minimum 3 years experience in IT management, particularly in the areas listed above.
• A bubbly, outgoing attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse range of IT tasks.
• Willingness to travel to various locations in North and South WA for system checks and troubleshooting, with accommodations provided.
