Some of the tasks to be performed in this role are:
- Analyse current business processes within the company and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, or innovation using ICT solutions by conducting workflow assessments, recommending process redesigns, and facilitating change management initiatives.
- Provide guidance and assistance in decision-making processes by presenting options, evaluating alternatives, and recommending the most suitable course of action based on analysis and management input.
- Design and implement ICT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness in the residential housing market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for systems and projects, understanding the needs of various departments such as project management, engineering, and finance.
- Gather quantitative and qualitative data related to project timelines, budget utilization, resource allocation, and productivity metrics.
- Manage ICT projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop documentation for system specifications, user manuals, and training materials, facilitating effective implementation.
- Monitor system performance, user feedback, and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of solutions and provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
- Serve as a central point for ICT projects and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or at least five years of relevant work experience in IT.
- Experience in IT management, preferably in the construction or a related industry.
- Exceptional analytical, documentation, and training skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
