- Group Leader, Land and Asset Management
- Permanent full-time opportunity based in Northern NSW (office location flexible across our Northern NSW office locations)
- Flexible hybrid working from home and the office
- Salary ranges from $116,211 to $128,061 + super + annual leave loading + flex leave
For this role it is essential to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the region, as well as manage day to day operations and project activities, while developing and mentoring a team. Additionally, within this opportunity, you will build and develop a new team of up to 7 staff.
About you
To be successful you will have previous operations, project management and stakeholder engagement experience, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be highly organised. You will have strong people management skills and be someone who can think outside the box and be an effective problem solver. Ideally you will have a background in natural resource and land management or property and built Asset Management.
