About the Just GroupAt the Just Group we pride ourselves on our people driving the ongoing success of our business and we are proud of all our brands - Peter Alexander, Smiggle, Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E.Our store network spans across six markets (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland) and is supported by local and centralised teams with our Support Office and our national Distribution Centre (DC) based in Melbourne.About the RoleReporting into the Group Leasing Manager, this Leasing Executive role will see the successful candidate contribute to both business growth and profitability of the Just Group.The primary focus of this role is to manage an assigned portfolio of properties; negotiating commercial terms of existing sites and to identify new store opportunities in line with the Group's Property strategy.Responsibilities will include but not be limited toYour success will be measured on your ability to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders, develop strong relationships with Landlords, other Retailers and Industry groups, along with the following;

• Work with the Group Leasing Manager and Global Head of Property on assigned portfolio to review, analyse and propose tactics to achieve the best outcomes
• Negotiate and finalise new leases with landlords with Leasing Manager as required
• Liaise with Lease Administration team to ensure deals are finalised
• Review al documentation ensuring delivery on agreed costs

About You

• Experience in lease negotiation and property portfolio management, preferably within the Retail Property sector
• Understanding of commercial market and retail property market
• Strategy formulation and execution
• Ability to build effective relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Demonstrate effective negotiation skills
• A property related degree would be advantageous but is not essential
