About The Position
Seize the opportunity as Group People and Culture Manager, enjoying a hybrid work model. With two days at home, two in the Wollongong office, and one on-site visiting venues, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing relationships across the organization. A travel allowance is provided to support your journeys.
Position Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct regular site visits to venues across Sydney, Tahmoor, and the South Coast
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs
- Manage performance reviews and KPI assessments
- $120,000 - $130,000 + Super + KPI bonuses
Position Requirements
- Proven experience in HR and people management
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel and connect with employees at various locations
- Understanding of the hospitality industry is advantageous
