* What is the role?
Reporting to the Property Manager, you as the Property Supervisor has a key role to provide hands-on leadership to Grounds and Maintenance staff working within the Rockhampton cluster.
This key position is responsible for ensuring all applicable legislative and policy requirements are met, scheduled, ad-hoc maintenance is performed, and the properties and grounds for several sites (Including a Residential Aged Care, two Retirement Living Villages, two schools, and two counselling centres) are in a presentable condition.
* What do I need for the role?
Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships with a strong customer service focus.
Excellent leadership, organisational, planning, time management and computer skills.
Thorough Knowledge of legislative requirements relevant to grounds maintenance
Experience in similar role and/or an Aged Care setting and grounds and landscaping highly regarded.
