Anmar Group is a manufacturing and installation company, within our group, we design, manufacture and install Kitchen Joinery and Stone benchtops along the East Coast of Australia. All manufacturing is performed in Melbourne, out of our plants located in Truganina and Campbellfield, with head office being at our Truganina location.
Anmar Group is opening a new role in our Group Production Planner. This role will supervise the operations within the Scheduling Sector. The group is currently composed of 6 schedulers divided between 2 Manufacturing Plants, one operations admin and our site Installation.
You will be working closely with all Managers that head up these areas, as well as the respective Schedulers to achieve consistency right throughout our process of incoming sales to finished on time in full on site.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Evaluate suppliers for their quality of timeliness in delivering their product and ensure it lines up with the agreed delivery KPIs
- Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages
- Evaluate where bottlenecks are in the flow of Operations and assess/advise how this can be improved
- Understand the manufacturing reporting system and be capable of running continuous adjustments to plan and completion of the production
- Analyse data including but not limited to efficiencies, allocation of resources and PIFOT (Plan In Full On Time) and provide recommendations to enable improvements
- Work with the respective Managers on labour requirements in the business and on site to ensure that the sales forecasts are achievable.
- Conduct workflow meetings with managers and schedulers to discuss history performance, current status, forecast and any special projects coming through and plans on how to approach this this
- Report to Managing Director on any impacts to customers, deliveries, shortages etc
Anmar Group is currently at a size that requires an experienced Manager to oversee the DIFOT and output and guide the individual departments and divisions.

In this position you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will oversee the Manufacturing and installation divisions of Marbut and Claytons, as well as the Drawing, Purchasing, Design teams. You will work closely with other managers and schedulers.
Key Position requirements:
- Min 5 Years in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time prioritisation skills.
- Successful experience in applying LEAN principles to improve production processes.
- Understanding of ERP Systems.
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
- High computer literacy, particularly advanced knowledge of excel.
- Ability to research, collect and analyse information, and use the information to problem solve and improve decision-making and efficiency within the business.
- Strong mathematical and statistical ability and skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases preferred, however, not critical.
- Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- A positive, professional and collaborative approach.
- Reliable, committed and motivated.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Bachelors Degree in Business Management, or other related field.
