The Role
Working as the Risk and Compliance Manager your role will include:
- Managing the operational Risk and Compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with the compliance team on any regulatory updates
- Be the leader for risk management in the business
- Oversight of the insurance risk
- Strategic oversight of cyber risk
- Be a champion for Workplace, Health & Safety
- Partner with internal audit for any audit requirements
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years' experience in operational risk management
- Knowledge of cyber risk
- Exposure to insurance risk management
- Previous leadership experience, at least 1 direct report
- Worked in a community focussed business or Not for profit
- Excellent stakeholder management
