Exciting opportunity to use your inbound amrketing skills to support the Commercial Sales team to drive revenue into The Star Entertainment Group's Hotels and Events venues.
This role supports our Head of Commercial Hospitality in the profitable development of our Hotels and Events streams across our Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane properties. You'll be providing strategic direction to develop a pipeline of sales opportunities in Accommodation and business events.
This is a permanent fulll-time role located in either Sydney or Gold Coast.
About your new role
- Support senior stakeholders in implementing business plans and sales strategies to secure appropriate business across our properties
- Use existing industry relationships to drive profitable revenue through business plans for inbound market segments and ensure KPI's are achieved
- Drive initiatives and ensure effective negotiations to solidify customer relationships and retention
- Develop proposals to counter competitor promotional activities and present solutions to clients
- Foster a solution-oriented working environment, engaging employees to continuously deliver service excellence to (internal and external) clients

- Extensive experience within the international inbound/incentive & wholesale markets, with strong existing relationships with industry decision-makers
- Background within hospitality (Hotels and/or Business Events) and proven managerial work history
- Excellent customer relationship management and ability to influence stakeholders
- Knowledge of The Star's hotels and event services across our properties is essential
