ROLE
- Role designed to manage interactions between the "external client" and the business
- Work with internal operations teams for onboarding new business
- Point of escalation for Investment Platform related queries and other Investment Product queries
- Build trusted relationships internally and externally
- Resource manage and problem solve.
- The person will enjoy a client centric approach and the person will enjoy problem solving.
- Realistically our client would need someone with back office operations experience at either a stockbroker, wealth manager or financial planning firm.
- Understanding of settlements, Anti Money Laundering and transaction processing great to have too.
- Newly Created role that can be more closely defined by the right person overtime
- Combine operations with external duties and client exposure
