The role of the Growth Marketing Manager is to drive the growth of our Direct Acquisition channels. Our Direct Acquisition channels are core to our offering and it will be your responsibility to work alongside a small team of experts to continually adapt, refresh and optimise our digital properties to be the best in market.
Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer and working alongside our Marketing, Growth and Engineering teams, you will be a self-starter who loves data and who creates and deploys conversion focused tests to drive performance outcomes at all levels of our Direct acquisition funnels.
You will be used to getting things done and be open to trying new things, testing and learning with everything you do.
What You Will Be Doing
- Use a growth model to ideate, create and execute tests and experiments to achieve growth objectives, doubling down on those that drive key outcomes
- Execute growth experiments across a range of marketing channels e.g. email, SMS, customer journey planning, landing pages, aetc.
- Complete end to end tracking and attribution for all experiments, including analytics, booking conversion and experiment documentation.
- Grow our customer base through acquisition and referrals using a multi-channel, multi-tactic campaign plan including SEO, SEM, social and web
- Uncover and leverage new emerging channels, trends and market insights to address opportunities to accelerate the market growth
- Be the internal SME for all things referrer channel marketing related
- Stay ahead of the curve, by continuous research, following market trends and understanding competitors
- Relevant working experience.
- Experience with social media, email campaigns, Google Analytics, SEM and SEO.
- An intimate understanding of funnel measures.
- The know-how to calculate and measure ROI in relation to marketing spend and efforts.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
