Store Manager at the Gyprock Trade Centre in Albany - WA.We're seeking someone with leadership, highly focused on safety, great communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. Forklift licence is preferrable or be willing to obtain one. Full training with our internal onboarding will be provided on our Trade Centre products to set you up for success and increase your earning potential. SAP experience or an equivalent system is desirable.CSR is the name behind many powerful brands, providing innovative and sustainable building solutions across the residential, commercial, and industrial segments.Part of the CSR family, our Interior Systems Business Unit comprises of Gyprock, Martini, Himmel & Potter. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications and are the industry leader of interior lining solutions across the building sector.Your role will include the following:
- Lead and manage a close-knit team of 2 and fostering a positive culture on site.
- Ensure adherence to site safety requirements and safety plan.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage the distribution of products.
- Oversee and coordinate daily store activities.
- Maintain high standards of retail excellence.
- Contribute to achieving store revenue and margin budgets.
- Hold full responsibility and accountability for store profit and loss (P&L).
You will be working Monday -Friday from 6.30am-4pm
