Job Description
We are currently looking for Guest Experience Attendants who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to join our team and work at both our Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel and Oaks Mackay Carlyle Suites properties on a casual basis (approx. 15hrs per week).
Theses position will have the opportunity to work in both the busy Front Office and the fast paced Food and Beverage department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome and check in guests
- Communicate professionally
- Assist guests during their stay
- Taking guest orders
- Offer menu recommendations
- Prepare and service beverages to guests
Qualifications
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 1 years experience working in a Reception or Food and Beverage Attendant capacity
- Have a friendly, positive attitude
- Have RSA qualifications or are willing to obtain
- Coffee making experience
- Be impeccably presented with excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and act with a sense of urgency
- Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and split shifts, as well as public holidays as required.
