Guest Service Attendant And Premise Cleaner

Cunnamulla Hot Springs is the hub for geothermal bathing in Outback QLD and a centre for Wellness and healing, offering a range of therapies and educational experiences to tourists all year round.

We have a unique career development opportunity for a passionate Guest service Attendant and Premise Cleaner to join our team. You will work in across these two roles helping maintain the cleanliness of our brand-new facility to the highest standard including but not limited to our change rooms, reception area and assisting our pool cleaners when needed as well as servicing our guests needs.

What you will be doing:

• Treat all guests with respect and sensitivity, identify and appropriately deal with any issues that may arise from misunderstanding or conflict.
• Perform general reception administrative tasks including check-ins, sales transactions, answer phone calls and other admin duties as required from time to time. 
• Administer first aid, evaluate first aid procedures and risk assessment as required.
• Monitor pool temperatures, chlorine levels and water flow.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of facility to company standards.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Manager

What we are looking for:

• The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Can do attitude, and high attention to detail
• The ability to work professionally under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a hotel front desk / Guest Service agent role is desirable
• Experience in administering First Aid
• Ability to work together as part of a dynamic team  

What we require from you:

• Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card) - or willing to obtain
• National Police Check
• Pool Lifegaurd qualifications – or willing to obtain
• Experience in administrating first aid
