Club Manager - Anytime Fitness Woolgoolga

We are looking for our next superstar! If you are a goal-oriented, high achiever we want you to join our team as Club Manager!

As Club Manager, you'll wear many hats. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must! We want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members with your Assistant Club Manager.

You are also responsible for the success of the business. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing Marketing Campaigns.
• Execute all aspects of the sales & marketing process.
• Lead Generation & Outreach with guidance from your Manager
• Meeting monthly sales & performance targets.
• Creating promotional partnerships & opportunities.
• Membership Growth.
• Build a relationship with all the members and know each by their first name .
• Establish our kick-ass culture whereby members never want to leave .
• Drive and manage the club's social media pages.
• Manage administrative aspects of the business

Skills Required

• BE HAPPY!
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Be naturally great with people
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good natural sales person - Min 1 years experience in a Sales Role required
• Strong Listening skills and ability to be guided by your Manager
• Good time management skills.
• Be efficient!
• Computer literate
