We are multi-site operators with locations across Townsville and we are looking for a candidate to fill our Club Manager role in Kirwan.

CLUB MANAGER
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day to day running of the club
- Assist Personal Trainers within the club
- Management of Club Operations and administration
- Servicing potential and new members
- Manage email, phone and Facebook enquiries
- Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day
- Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Promotion of the club within the local community
- Perform/Arrange outreach duties weekly
- Driving marketing and advertising campaigns
- Uphold the requirements for security and OH&S
- Posting to Social media (training provided if needed)
- Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out!

Successful candidate will need:
- Excellent customer service, communication and administrative skills
- Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
- Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
- General understanding of gym environments
- Ability to multitask with good time management skills
- Previous sales skills are highly beneficial
Experience/Knowledge/Qualification:
- First Aid/CPR certificate/WWCC essential (can be provided upon employment)
Full-Time Position (38 hours per week)
Must be available to work 10am-7pm Monday-Thursday & 8am-12pm Friday.
