We are on the hunt for a new Club Manager to join our growing gym portfolio based in Ashgrove! This is a role that leverages sales, admin and management skills but if you have a passion for people: it's also the ideal opportunity to work closely with our community to help them meet their health & fitness goals.

Tell me more about the role:
To begin with, you will work out of one of our current clubs to shadow and learn the ropes of how we operate as a team. Then, day-to-day you'll manage our Ashgrove club which will include:
- Building, managing and mentoring a team of like-minded fitness professionals;
- Building community through sales and marketing activity using such programs as MindBody, GymSales and Google Suite;
- Supporting community through safety/risk management training; and
- Engaging community through marketing activity, in-club projects and generally interacting with our members to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

What do I need before I hit 'apply':
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid & current CPR Certificates
- Police check and/or Working with Children check
