Experienced Handy person or Carpenter required for immediate start
Your new company
A large facilities maintenance company have an immediate requirement for an experienced Handy Person or Carpenter to carry out all-round repairs across Sydney metro on commercial and industrial sites.
Your new role
You will be required to carry out all-round maintenance which will include basic carpentry, minor plumbing, replacing lamps, painting / patching, car parking barriers, portioning in offices, repairing door and door locks, client liaison, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Handy Person or Carpenter position you must have previous all-round maintenance experience, good customer service skills, basic computer skills and no previous criminal convictions.
What you'll get in return
As Handy Person you will be working for an established facilities maintenance company, across a portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings. The job is paying $75,000 - $85,000 + super + vehicle + phone + overtime.
