About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Property Services department is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Handyperson to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of an excellent team that provides grounds maintenance and development to our client sites such as AMPOL, Woolworths & Reece. Working across the North-Western Melbourne suburbs you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of the facilities and grounds at each site.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Sunshine, Melbourne

Reporting line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
• Removal of Graffiti
• changing light bulbs, air hose repairs, soap and hand towel dispenser changes
• Routine mowing and turf maintenance
• Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
• Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To join our team, ideally you will have experience in grounds or maintenance, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have

• Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
• Current driver's license & white card
• Current working with children’s check
• Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
• Execute work that is of a high standard
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
