Hardware Technician

YQM Pty Ltd is a company specialised in repair laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
We are based in Park Ridge (QLD 4125) and we are requiring an experienced
Hardware Technician to fill a full-time position (38 hours a week).
About your skills and experience:
- Ideally your experience will include servicing of touch screens, repairing and
refurbishing laptops, mobile phones, tablets, iPad, and peripherals.
- Installing, configuring, and testing latest software in the electronic devices.
- Occasionally doing onsite work (with short notice at times)
- Ordering, receiving and distribution of spare parts.
- Providing product support and technical advice to customers via phone &
email
- Good mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, confident and a self-starter who is able to work independently.
Qualifications and Experience
An Information Technology background.
Experience repairing, installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting computers,
