AddressOur client is currently seeking Farm Transport for their Hatchery in Mareeba. With a strong focus on team culture, safety, and fast paced environment.
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday – 5am -1pm finish (or until required)
Must have a current HR license and forklift license (forklift license not essential)
This position will include: 2-3 hours of truck driving, going between farms and the hatchery. The rest of the duties will be at the hatchery
Potential for career progression and may lead to permanent employment.

Duties will include: (but not limited to)
- Trucking driving – between farms
- Counting hatched chicks
- Sorting eggs and stock rotation
- Cleaning transporter baskets
- Heavy lifting may be involved
- General site cleaning
- Operating a gurney
- Must have your own transport and CURRENT HR LICENSE
- Forklift license but not essential
- Residing in MAREEBA OR Suburbs around NOT cairns
- Must NOT own or have any birds, chickens, or pigs at your residence
- Be fit and healthy
- Great numeracy skills
- Enjoy working in a fast passed environment
- Be flexible and available for various shifts
- Have Birth certificate or passport
