Hc Dangerous Goods Tanker Driver

Solo Resource Recovery (Solo Industrial Services) is a family owned and operated business, supplying waste, recycling and industrial services throughout Australia.   An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Dangerous Goods Driver to join our growing team. Committed to providing high quality services to the WA market, the right candidate will be responsible for the safe collection, transport & disposal of various liquid wastes, controlled wastes and Dangerous Goods wastes. 

Working out of our Naval Base WA Depot, the role will be initially working on a minimum 6 month project that runs 7 days per week, so we are looking for multiple drivers to work on a rolling roster.   There is then the opportunity for ongoing fulltime work after the initial project, for the right candidates.

To be successful, you must be customer focused and have sound Industrial Services experience.  You will also require the following current certifications: 

• West Australian HC or MC License 
• Bulk Dangerous Goods Drivers License
• MSIC with Fremantle Ports (or able to obtain)
• Controlled Waste Drivers License (preferred)

Above all the successful candidate needs to be team driven, able to work autonomously and willing to contribute to the growth of the business.

In accordance with our Company’s recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre-employment Medical, which includes a drug test.   A current driving history, with a good driving record will also need to be provided.
