Desert Engineering is highly experienced in the provision of mechanical services, including fixed plant, heavy-duty mobile plant, and light vehicles. We also create solutions, including design and manufacture, enabling Desert Engineering to undertake highly complex, challenging, and rewarding repairs and maintenance.

Desert Engineering has recently been awarded multiple contracts to supply specialized labour across multiple sites throughout Western Australia & we want you to join our team!

Your Responsibilities
- Various roles dependent on Trade and experience
- Inspections and housekeeping.
- Actively engaging with Desert Engineering and the Client to identify efficiencies and plant reliability improvements.
Requirements
- Australian recognized Trade Certificate - If applicable
- Minimum one years (1) post trade experience in mining and civil plant maintenance.
- Experience in a variety of OEM’s, including Hitachi, Caterpillar, or Komatsu.
- Current manual drivers’ licence.
- High Risk Work Licence (not essential but desirable).
- Current National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months).
- Able and willing to complete and pass a pre-employment medical.
- Able and willing to complete and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening (DAS).
- Positive Can-Do, Will-Do Attitude.
- Strong commitment to Health and Safety.
